Food and Drink at Rönneberga

Rönneberga’s restaurant is managed with loving hands and all of our food is distinguished by a genuine interest for Swedish flavors. We use organic and locally produced ingredients as much as possible—for example, cheese from Elfviks gård and meat from the local area. All food is cooked from scratch using ingredients from the season’s harvest. We serve a breakfast buffet, lunch, and a three course dinner every day of the week. The lunch consists of soup, a main course of the day with a vegetarian option, salad buffet, homemade bread, cheese platter, and coffee. Additionally, every afternoon we offer a much appreciated “fika” buffet, with coffee and pastries which vary from day to day. Our conference package always includes dinner from the week’s menu, but we are happy to adapt to alternative wishes—for instance, if you would rather be served snacks, finger food, sandwiches, a party menu, a buffet, or a late light supper. Of course, the kitchen is also happy to adjust menus to accommodate allergies or special diets. We have a wine list of about 30 wines, each carefully selected by our sommelier, in addition to a well-stocked bar for the evening.
